Pre-Startup Check
Before turning on the equipment, ensure the following conditions are met:
-Voltage and grounding are normal.
-Water pressure and water pipes are functioning properly.
Precautions for Use
1.Before switching on the power, ensure the water pipes are clear and there is sufficient water in the sink. This prevents the heating element from running dry and causing a circuit trip.
2.Maintain proper ventilation around the equipment. Leave at least 60 cm of clearance on top and 15 cm at the back for heat dissipation.
3.When setting the retarder proofer to its lowest temperature (0℃), avoid using it as a refrigerator for extended periods.
4.Do not rinse the equipment directly with water or use steel wool to clean the surface, as this may cause damage.
5.To ensure efficient operation and save energy, clean the condenser near the top compressor once a month.
Automatic Mode Operation
1. Turn on the power:
Press the power switch. If the manual indicator light is on, proceed with the following steps.
2. Set the refrigeration time:
Press the Time button twice to display the refrigeration start time. Use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the duration.
3.Set the first fermentation phase:
Press the Time button three times to display the start time for Fermentation①. Adjust the duration using the Up/Down buttons.
4. Set the second fermentation phase:
Press the Time button four times to display the start time for Fermentation②. Adjust the duration using the Up/Down buttons.
5. Set the stop time:
Press the Time button five times to display the stop time. Adjust as needed using the Up/Down buttons.
6. Activate automatic mode:
Press the Time button once more to exit, then press the Automatic button to enter automatic mode.
Note: The automatic process depends on the time parameters set. Use the Temperature button to switch between "hours" and "minutes" during adjustments.
